Absolutely blown away by how beautiful the hotel is, I was not expecting such a luxurious hotel for the price we paid. Location is second to none, right beside some of the best restaurants and bars in town and close enough to walk to tourist attractions too. I stayed with my ten year old daughter for our joint birthday and she loved it, the staff couldn’t have been nicer to us and the pool is the perfect height for a child of that age or a vertically challenged adult like myself. The room itself that we stayed in was spotless and very modern, the shower was a rain shower. The pool area was also very clean and the jacuzzi was lovely and warm. Breakfast was incredible, really tasty, fresh with loads on offer. My daughter also had a chicken goujon kids meal in the lobby and it was a generous portion with great service from the staff.

Lovely hotel, with excellent facilities. We particularly enjoyed the pool and spa. The room was clean and comfortable. I found the pillows too soft and the bed a little too hard, but that’s just a personal preference. The bathroom was perfect with fluffy towels, a lovely shower and toiletries. As this trip was for a birthday celebration, I had requested a bottle of Prosecco be put in the room, which was provided, along with a surprise birthday card and chocolates… thank you so much for that! Staff on reception were warm, friendly and welcoming but we found the female senior member of staff at the breakfast area to be quite offhand and abrupt. The young waitress with the pigtails was lovely (sorry we didn’t get her name). Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice, including hot options, continental and pastries etc.

Wonderful hotel. Everything was great and my husband after sampling MANY pints of Guinness across the city said the one here was up there with one of the best. Bed was really comfy and the coffee was excellent. The only slight improvement I believe the hotel could make is to require guests to book time slots for the pool area. We went at 10.30am thinking the morning rush would be over and as there are only 3 loungers and space for 3 people to swim lengths comfortably, there were way too many people for the space. Allocating time would fix this although appreciate it means not everyone would be able to go.

There was a real buzz in the hotel. It was great to see the lobby busy each time we were in it. There was real life in the hotel and a mix of people and ages. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We rented a car so having the option of parking (especially in a city centre) was great. The room itself was great, good size, good facilities, comfy bed and very clean. The cafe bit was really nice, good that anyone can get a good coffee without having to get breakfast or whilst heading out etc. Really great location within the City as well. Was perfect for us.

This was a treat for my daughter and I. We stayed for one night at this beautiful hotel. Everything was absolutely perfect. The staff went out of their way to help, the hotel room was spotlessly clean, the leisure centre was such a treat and the breakfast had great choice between hot and cold. We were right beside the Bleeding Horse pub and lots of fab restaurants on Camden Street. Only a short walk into Stephen’s Green. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay close to the city. Having a pool is an extra bonus! Thank you ☺️
